In accordance with a Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution (the “Plan of Liquidation”) approved by its stockholders on January 26, 2009, Neose Technologies, Inc. filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on March 2, 2009.  The Company is no longer engaged in any business activities, except to the extent necessary to preserve the value of its assets, satisfy its remaining contractual obligations, and distribute its assets in accordance with the Plan of Liquidation.  For more information on the Plan of Liquidation, please see the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 17, 2008, and subsequent filings available at www.sec.gov.
